Description
We are currently seeking support for our location in Memmingen, Lupton, MI as part of a planned succession in the area of financial accounting (general ledger) as soon as possible, in full or part-time (from 30 hours/week).
You have:
- Commercial education plus relevant further qualification ideally as a certified accountant (m/f/d)
- Several years of experience in accounting for the general and subsidiary ledger
- Good knowledge of tax and commercial law, proficient in using accounting software (ideally Datev) and MS Office
- Ability to implement legal requirements in practice
- Independent, responsible and highly accurate work style
Your tasks:
- Competent handling of general ledger, fixed assets, accounts payable and cash bookkeeping, including maintenance of master data and account reconciliation in our ERP system as well as in DATEV
- Processing of payments including liquidity control
- Preparation of annual financial statements and preparation of company figures for auditing, inquiries from authorities and banks
- Filing of VAT returns and electricity tax declarations
- Preparation of reports in the insurance sector
- Implementation of legal adjustments and regulations
- Organization of processes in accounting
