YOUR TASKS
Liaison between doctor, nursing staff, and patient
Preoperative patient information and explanation of form templates as preparation for medical clarification
Administrative patient registration
Continuous patient care with a fixed assignment of patient and medical team throughout the entire stay
Provision of patient care within the scope of treatment
Performance of delegable medical tasks
Preparation and accompaniment of medical rounds
Documentation of medical and remuneration-related services
Documentation within the framework of quality management and discharge management
Postoperative transfer planning based on medical orders
Central information function for inquiries from referrers and treating physicians

YOUR PROFILE
Successfully completed training as a health and nursing professional (m/f/d) as well as ideally a completed degree as a physician assistant (m/f/d) or a comparable university degree
Several years of nursing experience in surgery, ideally in a cardiac surgical intensive care unit
Ideally, you have a specialization in intensive and anesthesia care
Experience in handling patient documentation and computer-based clinical documentation systems as well as in accompanying rounds
Team and cooperation skills
