Your tasks
  • You assist in providing needs-based and situational advice to members and customers.
  • Analyzing individual customer needs regarding insurance coverage is also part of your responsibilities.
  • In addition, you carry out contract changes and measures for maintaining and preserving contracts.
  • You are also responsible for examining claims and providing information on the scope of benefits.
  • You use accounting tools and the results of controlling.
