    Do you want to help children and families? This Board Certified Behavior Technician (BCBA) position offers the opportunity to do this in an amazing setting with a fun and collaborative culture. We strive to work together to provide care to the "whole child". We are a leading SLT, OT, PT, ABA, day center in Brecksville Ohio. We are always growing and looking for like minded professionals to join our team. We have daytime and after school availability. We treat in our 7,000+ square foot center, as well as in homes, schools, and virtually. We offer competitive pay and plenty of growth opportunities for BCBA's.     Responsibilities
    • Perform intakes and assessments
    • Create individualized treatment plans for each client
    • Use evidence-based treatment methods to facilitate group and individual treatments
    • Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of patient information and treatment plan
    • Perform regular supervision of RBTs
    • Adhere to all facility and licensing standards
    Qualifications
    • Master's Degree
    • Current and unrestricted Board Certification/License
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Highly organized
