    Our Mobile Intensive Intervention Team is looking to add a Behavior Analyst to their new and dedicated team of caregivers.

    Our multidisciplinary team will provide stabilizing inpatient and in-home services to current pediatric patients of the Cleveland Clinic who are intellectually and developmentally disabled while equipping their families with the tools and knowledge necessary for their child's long-term care.

    We are dedicated to providing a safe, educational, and therapeutic approach to crisis intervention.


    Your duties will include:
    Being involved in our patient's intakes, assessment, development and monitoring of treatment plans. Participating in training and supervision of staff. Communicating with all interested parties and maintaining compliance with appropriate policies and regulatory standards.

    Has experience with working in home and in hospitals. Has experience working with families in crisis.

    Has experience working with children with autism of different ages, especially Has the ability to work independently and collaborate with other caregiversOur Mobile Intensive Intervention Unit is a new program, so you will have the opportunity to help develop the role and our team.

    Responsibilities:


    Lead intake process for potential patients, conduct initial and ongoing assessments, develop and monitor treatment plan/goals, and generate and maintain appropriate itiate and complete functional behavioral assessments as needed, develop behavioral treatment plans, monitor progress on plans, and make modifications/updates as municate with parents, educators, insurance companies, and other professionals regarding progress and submit required documentation; maintain compliance with appropriate policies and regulatory plete all required insurance and clinical documentation in a timely fashion.

    Participate in new and ongoing staff training, conduct BCBA and RBT supervision, train staff/parents on goals and plans, and conduct ongoing fidelity checks; lead community workshops and present at local conferences.

    Other duties as assigned.


    Education:
    Master's or Doctoral degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education or related field required

    Certifications:
    Board Certified Behavior Analyst certification required.

    Certified Ohio Behavior Analyst (COBA) required within 2 months of plexity of Work:Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work unsupervised or with minimal supervision.

    Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate actions in volatile situations.
    Demonstrates excellent oral and written communication skills.
    Ability to work and build rapport with parents of diverse backgroundsComputer efficiency is a must.


    Work Experience:
    Minimum three years of experience working with individuals with autism utilizing the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis required.

    Minimum three years of experience working with children ages of earliest diagnosis through 7 years old and varying ability levels, conducting behavioral assessments, creating and implementing treatment plans, and training parents and staff preferred.


    Physical Requirements:


    Requires full range of body motion including handling and lifting students, manual and finger dexterity, eye-hand coordination and physically able to manage students of varying weight and sizes.

    Requires normal or corrected vision and hearing.
    May be exposed to communicable diseases.


    Personal Protective Equipment:
