    As a Behavior Analyst Supervisor, you will be responsible for the oversight of the daily clinical operation of the outpatient autism services at a clinical site, including the development and implementation of child-specific treatment programming targets designed to achieve treatment plan goals.

    You will manage and provide daily supervision for all outpatient site clinical staff, including registered behavior technicians (RBT) and behavior analysts.

    You will oversee the design and implementation of all aspects of behavior management techniques and intervention plans; conducts patient intake evaluations, assessments and completes all written reports of such.

    You will also oversee staff orientation and training program, as well as ongoing skill development for all program personnel.

    Responsibilities:


    Lead intake process for potential patients, conduct initial and ongoing assessments, develop and monitor treatment plan/goals, and generate and maintain appropriate itiate and complete functional behavioral assessments as needed, develop behavioral treatment plans, monitor progress on plans, and make modifications/updates as municate with parents, educators, insurance companies, and other professionals regarding progress and submit required documentation; maintain compliance with appropriate policies and regulatory plete all required insurance and clinical documentation in a timely fashion.

    Manages data collection software. Initiates clinical pletes data review, documentation and reports.

    Provides clinical oversight for RBTs and Behavior AnalystsDevelops and leads new staff training in behavioral teaching methods, functional assessment, behavior measurement, data collection and interpretation and other related areas, through large and small group trainings, case-based teaching, and presentations with video, real life examples.

    Provides similar ongoing mentor-ship to existing staff.
    Keeps abreast of current research and update trainings and presentations accordingly.
    Provides support and oversight to ensure reliable data collection, procedural integrity, and treatment fidelity.
    Manages clinical operations and personnel.

    Manages staffing to ensure appropriate allocation and compliance with goals and objectivesEnsures compliance with government health regulations, JCAHO guidelines, quality requirements and customer service standardsAnalyzes programs and makes improvements.

    Participates in managers meetings and relevant committees as assigned by Director.
    Lead community workshops and present at local conferences.
    Other duties as assigned.


    Education:
    Master's or Doctoral degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education or related field required

    Certifications:
    Board Certified Behavior Analyst certification required.

    Certified Ohio Behavior Analyst (COBA) required within 2 months of plexity of Work:Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work unsupervised or with minimal supervision.

    Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate actions in volatile situations.
    Demonstrates excellent oral and written communication skills.
    Ability to work and build rapport with parents of diverse backgroundsComputer efficiency is a must.


    Work Experience:


    Minimum five years of experience in applying behavioral assessment, creating and implementing function-based treatment plans, and working with children with ASD who present with disruptive behavior (e.g., aggression, self-injury, non-compliance, elopement, pica).Minimum two years supervisory experience.

    Demonstrates advanced understanding of the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis and strategies used with children with ASD.Experience working with children age of earliest diagnosis to 7 years in outpatient settings.

    Demonstrates high level of expertise in staff training, communicating with staff and parents, and both leading and working collaboratively with teams.


    Physical Requirements:


    Requires full range of body motion, including handling and lifting students, manual and finger dexterity, eye-hand coordination and physically able to manage students of varying weight and sizes.

    Requires normal or corrected vision and hearing.
    May be exposed to communicable diseases.
