With the Abiprogramm, you will be prepared for a management position at PENNY within 3 years - without a degree.

After successfully completing your 18-month training, you will complete further training as a retail specialist (m/f/d) and then start as a store manager.

You manage the flow of goods in the store as well as the storage and control of goods.

You take care of our customers in the store and support them actively.

You work in a strong team and gain first experiences in managing employees.
