Recruiter Marine Talent Attraction (f/m/d) to join our team in our Hamburg office, where you will work with both our brands,
CMG and
CCL.

Your Responsibilities:

Coordinate the recruitment processes for all marine officers, ratings, and cadets, including managing and monitoring applicants and scheduling interviews
Maintain relationships with our global cadet programs and provide support during their recruitment and academic periods, making recommendations for promotions
Offer guidance and support to agencies and global recruiting partners

Your Profile:

Bachelor's degree, Associate Degree, or similar, preferably with a focus on HR
Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR recruitment, preferably in the maritime industry
Knowledge of crewing and a background in shipboard Nautical/Engineering is highly desirable
Familiarity with interviewing techniques and ability to manage multiple tasks
Fluent in English (our company language)
