    Description

    Recruiting Solutions is looking for a skilled Quality Manager to join a Tier I automotive supplier in Spartanburg, SC. This is a great opportunity for a proactive individual who is passionate about quality excellence and ready to take it to the next level. As the Quality Manager, you will be leading the quality team, overseeing quality systems, documentation, and processes to exceed customer expectations and achieve world-class quality.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and maintain customer performance tracking process for continuous improvement
    • Lead customer satisfaction activities to ensure highest levels of satisfaction
    • Ensure timely responses to customer requirements
    • Support issue escalation process and identify corrective actions
    • Maintain product quality by enforcing quality policies and procedures
    • Prepare quality reports by analyzing information and trends
    • Lead Best Business Practice meetings for global solutions
    • Stay updated on industry knowledge through workshops and publications
    • Achieve financial objectives by managing budget and initiating corrective actions
    • Handle customer notifications on quality and delivery issues

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's Degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, Business or related field
    • 7+ years of quality experience in manufacturing
    • 3+ years of Quality Management experience
    • Experience in the automotive industry is a plus
    • Direct customer site support experience is a plus
    • Lean Manufacturing or ASQ certifications are a plus
