- Develop and maintain customer scorecard reporting for performance tracking
- Lead customer 8Ds and problem-solving activities for utmost customer satisfaction
- Ensure responsive and accurate attention to customer requirements
- Support internal and external issue escalation processes
- Maintain product quality standards through quality assurance and compliance measures
- Prepare quality reports and promote a culture of continuous improvement
- Lead Best Business Practice meetings for global solutions
- Stay updated with industry knowledge and trends through various development avenues
- Manage quality assurance budget and financial objectives
- Handle customer notifications on quality and delivery issues efficiently
- Bachelor's Degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Minimum 7 years of quality experience in manufacturing
- At least 3 years of experience in Quality Management
- Industry experience in automotive manufacturing is a bonus
- Previous engagement with customer sites is advantageous
- Certifications in Lean Manufacturing and/or ASQ are beneficial
