What makes your job special

Participation in exciting IT projects in the payment, securities and credit business
Design of applications, apps and software for end users and customers
Collaboration from the initial idea and visualization of customer journey maps, user flow scenarios to joint implementation in a team
Central point of contact for questions about user guidance and operating concepts
Content control of agencies and service providers
Working with modern, innovative technologies, agile methods and user-centered approaches such as design thinking and methods of human-centered design

What we expect from you

Excellent knowledge of common UX/UI methods such as personas, process flows, prototyping and wireframes
Practical experience with current web frameworks
Experience in structured requirement gathering
