What can you expect?

As an apprentice for a bank clerk (m/f/d), you will gain comprehensive knowledge about all financial topics, from savings accounts to stock funds, loans, and insurance.

As a universal financial service provider, our cooperative bank offers excellent career prospects and attractive compensation for those who show initiative and dedication.

The apprenticeship lasts two and a half years for those with a middle school diploma. It can be shortened to two years for high school graduates.

In addition to practical and varied training in our branches, apprentices with a middle school diploma will also attend supplementary seminars at cooperative academies during their apprenticeship.

Theoretical knowledge will be taught exclusively through seminars at cooperative academies for high school graduates.

Through numerous in-house exam preparations, you will successfully complete your apprenticeship before the Chamber of Industry and Commerce (IHK).
