YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Conducting and documenting tendering, awarding, and ordering procedures according to VOB/B+C, HOAI, BGB, service and work contracts
Developing and implementing negotiation strategies and conducting contract negotiations
Conducting and continuously improving the operational procurement process
Systematic analysis of procurement volume and suppliers
Ensuring, developing, and managing the necessary, specific supply concepts to ensure supply security
Evaluating suppliers in terms of quality, processes, performance capacities, cost savings, and other risk assessments
Responsible for the entire procurement document exchange with the client, internal departments, suppliers, and potentially other service providers
