Responsibilities

Sales of mobile, telecommunications, DSL, and accessory products
Contract and invoice clarification
Setting up smartphones for our customers
Handling complaints
Maintaining existing customer relationships
Inventory and cash management
Designing and participating in marketing campaigns for the shop
Ensuring a pleasant shop atmosphere

Qualifications

You have a positive attitude and are open to our customers
You have experience and enjoy customer service
You are interested in smartphones, have fun with new media, and are enthusiastic about mobile solutions
You are reliable and enjoy working in a team
