We are looking for friendly and motivated
service employees (m/f/d) with sauna responsibility for sauna facilities in the following baths: Bondenwald, Kaifu-Bad, and Alsterschwimmhalle, in full-time or part-time.


Your responsibilities include:


  • Ensuring sauna quality standards in coordination with the bath management
  • Training and onboarding of sauna employees
  • Creating and monitoring prescribed work processes
  • Inventory control and ensuring proper storage of all necessary sauna items, as well as ordering consumables
  • Conducting water surveillance, supervising the bathing operation, and initiating rescue and emergency measures, as well as providing first aid
  • Performing cleaning and disinfection tasks, and creating and monitoring cleaning schedules
  • Conducting exfoliation treatments and sauna infusions
  • Mixing infusion materials
  • Providing customer consultations

  • Thorough and comprehensive expertise in sauna supervision
  • Completed training as a sauna master (m/f/d) and/or wellness consultant (m/f/d) is desirable, but not mandatory
  • Knowledge of relevant regulations for bath operators
  • Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
  • Friendly and customeroriented demeanor, as well as a wellgroomed appearance
  • Flexibility, selfresponsibility, and high resilience
