Team Assistant (m/f/d)
As a team assistant, you will be working for our client BMW AG. The Munich-based company is one of the largest and most successful companies in Germany.
Your responsibilities
- You will take on general secretarial and assistant tasks and support the entire team
- You will coordinate meetings and events
- With your open personality, you create a comfortable atmosphere
- You support with monthly invoicing and take care of travel expense reports
- You have full control over the organization, ordering, and coordination of the back office
- You support with the configuration and administration of IT and ERP systems
- You take on departmentspecific projects
