- Base hourly rate of $20.52 to $22.93 based on relevant experience.

- One year of college course work in the field of human services, or one year experience in the field of human services, or combination of education and work experience in the field of human services which equals one year.
- Six months experience working with individuals in the community. Experience gained through practicum experience or volunteer work can be included.
