Training for Youth and Residential Care Worker

In this training, you will be equipped to support young people in their socialization, provide holistic education, care and guidance in their development. Do you want to assist children and adolescents in educational and developmental tasks? Do you enjoy caring for them as they grow up? This is the first step towards becoming a successful Youth and Residential Care Worker.

With us, you will achieve a state-recognized qualification as a Youth and Residential Care Worker in 3 years (including a practical year).

We will help you find your path

You have a secondary school diploma or equivalent and at least one year of practical experience in social and health care services (e.g. voluntary social year)? With a higher education degree, a 6-week internship is sufficient.
