- Execute daily retail operations processes within the customer order-to-cash lifecycle.
- Contribute to and ensure adherence to company operations policies and procedures for commercial retail power customers.
- Verify and enhance process controls, identifying potential gaps and recommending improvements.
- Evaluate efficiency and effectiveness of assigned operations processes, providing recommendations for enhancement.
- Accurately input customer information into the Customer Relationship Management system.
- Proactively monitor pre and post-deal usage requests, customer enrollments, drops, and billing usage for smooth operational flow.
- Update internal systems with contact details, conversations, and customer-related issues.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in Retail Energy, with a focus on PJM market operations.
- Bachelor's Degree in a business-related field.
- Effective critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to independently research and communicate resolution of complex issues.
- Detail-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex issues effectively and concisely.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, etc.).
- Understanding of quantitative data analysis is a plus.
- Ability to handle multiple assignments on a timely basis with a high degree of accuracy.
- Team player with the ability to work collaboratively.
