    We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Analyst with a strong understanding of Power BI, SQL, and other related technologies.

    The successful candidate will have a unique opportunity to join a forward-thinking team in the Legal industry.

    This role offers a chance to work with a variety of stakeholders, providing key insights and driving business performance through the development and maintenance of robust reporting and data solutions.

    Design and develop Power BI dashboards and reports to meet business requirements.
    Use Power Query and DAX to extract, transform, and load data from various sources.
    Utilize SQL for database management and manipulation, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
    Develop and maintain SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) packages.
    Use SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) to create, deploy, and manage mobile and paginated reports.
    Leverage Power Automate to streamline and automate business processes.
    Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements.
    Provide technical support and training to end-users, ensuring they can effectively use the reporting tools.
    Collaborate with the IT team to ensure the security and compliance of all data and reports.
    Utilize Sage 300 for financial and business management.
    Continually evaluate and improve existing BI systems, implementing new features and capabilities as needed.
    Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
    A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the Legal industry.
    Proficient in Power BI, DAX, Power Query, and Power Automate.
    Strong experience with SQL, SSIS, and SSRS.
    Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
    Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
    Strong attention to detail, with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
    Knowledge of the Legal industry and its specific needs and challenges is highly desirable.
