    Description

    Our client is seeking an individual driven by innovation, dedicated to identifying and implementing strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing efficiency and productivity. This role involves scaling and refining systems and processes to accommodate ongoing growth. From researching solutions to evaluating their impact, the ideal candidate excels as a meticulous planner, adept communicator, and proficient analyst. Must have proficiency in PowerBI and SQL scripting.

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage concurrent projects, effectively prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
    • Utilize Jira to coordinate tasks among project resources, ensuring timely completion and transparent communication.
    • Execute various tasks to facilitate project delivery, including data cleanup, system configuration, and script development.
    • Develop PowerBI reports and dashboards for informed decision-making and tracking of KPIs.
    • Create automated reports and schedules using different tools.
    • Write scripts in DAX, SQL, XML, XSL, JSON, VBA to fulfill reporting needs and integrate systems.
    • Identify process inefficiencies through real-time data evaluation and engage stakeholders to propose solutions.
    • Initiate discussions with stakeholders to understand business needs and design system prototypes for increased efficiency.
    • Collaborate cross-functionally to develop analyses and documentation, fostering effective communication.
    • Produce visual flow charts to depict current and proposed system states based on stakeholder feedback.

    Requirements:

    • Five or more years of analytics and application development experience.
    • Proficiency in Excel, PowerBI, DAX, Power Query, and Power Automate for automated reporting and visualization.
    • Strong scripting skills in SQL, SSIS, SSRS, with the ability to create views, custom fields, and automate reporting.
    • Experience generating process documentation and reports.
    • Excellent communication skills and openness to feedback for process improvement.
    • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and conduct user testing.
    • Working knowledge of ERP systems.
    • High attention to detail.
