    We are seeking an energetic team member for the position of Associate Product Manager, Accessibility and Community. This team member will report to the Sr. Manager, Product Accessibility. This individual will collaborate cross-functionally with the design, program, and engineering teams to ensure all features are accessible to meet the needs of our Max, Discovery+, TV Everywhere and WBD global audiences.

    A successful candidate must be an innovative thinker with the capacity to cultivate community. They will be energized by working across teams to organize solutions and empower others with an eye to always multiplying knowledge across the organization. They must also be comfortable with user testing, customer interviews and experimentation. They will collaborate on a roadmap with at least a 12 month horizon. They must be comfortable engaging with stakeholders and peers to communicate and prioritize effectively and must be adaptable and collaborative in a fast-paced environment. This role will require working cross-functionally within the Product and Design organization as well as with stakeholders across technology, marketing, content and PMO, both domestically and internationally. The role requires someone who can work autonomously, have strong organizational and analytical skills, as well as be a proven collaborator who can problem solve.

    This individual will oversee the design and implementation of accessible growth features across Max, Discovery +, ATVE, and BEAM, ensuring that technology on our platforms is accessible to all. They will also build communities of users to provide insight and feedback into the accessibility of our products.

    Your Role Accountabilities...

    • Collaborate on the strategic approach for the accessibility of a discrete set of Growth Features, beginning from the root problem and designing appropriate solution with Legal, research, and other cross functional partners. Growth Features include but are not limited to: registration, purchase flow, authentication, profiles, and settings
    • As the strategy unfolds, a successful Associate Product Manager will gather, define, and clearly document requirements. We expect a high level of skill in written communication.
    • Partner with Design/UX team to ensure design thinking is incorporated in every phase of the process. As a team, they will ensure that customer usability is always at the forefront. A successful Associate Product Manager has a working knowledge of design and usability best practices and is highly collaborative with design partners.
    • Once the strategy and documentation are mature enough, a successful Associate Product Manager will be adept at stakeholder management. Sharing requirements across multiple stakeholder groups and refining with every round of feedback. A high level of communication and collaborative ability is expected.
    • Once the strategy, documentation and refinement are mature, an Associate Product Manager will be able to leverage research and competitive analysis to recommend a priority for the feature. They will anchor all decisions in the broader company and product strategy, ensuring alignment across a diverse set of high priority initiatives. A successful Associate Product Manager will grow a systematic, measurable approach to prioritization in their first year.
    • Identify metrics and objectives that clearly identify when a feature is working, discoverable and successful. Conversely, metrics should also be designed to help identify gaps and opportunities. A successful Associate Product Manager can consume data and provide business insights because their metrics have been well-designed.
    • Once a feature is in market, an Associate Product Manager will conduct regular service reviews and analysis of product health with their teammates in order to recommend the most effective iteration on existing features and capabilities.
    • Build healthy, trusting relationships and contribute to a culture of respect. A successful Associate Product Manager is able to give feedback respectfully, exchange ideas respectfully and receive feedback humbly.

    Qualifications & Experience...

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
    • 3+ years of Accessibility experience
    • Fluency in American Sign Language is a plus
    • Customer Obsessed and a Human-Centric Thinker
    • Strong written skills with a focus on drafting simple documentation which communicates complex subject matter.
    • Experience developing data driven roadmaps including the use of multi-variant testing to inform decisioning.
    • Prior experience working within portfolio management systems (ex: JIRA, Confluence, Asana) preferred
    • Must possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Thrives in a team that believes in working fast, being accountable, and learning from mistakes
    • Demonstrated interpersonal and strong communication skills
    • Formal and informal presentation skills in small and large group settings
    • Detail-oriented; self-starter, accountable, and empowered

Base pay is just one component of Warner Bros. Discovery's total compensation package for employees. Pay Range: $72, $134,160.00 salary per year.
