    As a Marketing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns,

    Focus:
    Plan and lead marketing initiatives, including product launches and integrated campaigns.

    Collaborate with team members to

    optimize

    automation and lead-nurturing processes through email, content, events, and social channels.

    Execute marketing plans to reach target audiences through various channels.

    Create and distribute monthly reports on critical metrics for lead generation, content creation, website traffic,

    campaign performances

    and other KPIs.

    Develop, implement, and track marketing programs such as email, social media, digital campaigns, and events.

    Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., product and sales) to develop and

    monitor

    strategic marketing initiatives.

    Conduct market research and analyze trends to

    identify

    new marketing

    opportunities.

    Develop marketing materials, ensuring brand guidelines are met.

    Write, proofread, and edit creative and technical content across different mediums.

    Work with external agencies and vendors to execute marketing programs.


    Skill Set:
    Degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field

    2

    years of experience in marketing

    or related field with l

    ighting industry experience

    as

    a plus

    Experience with product launches or integrated marketing campaigns.

    Excellent communication and presentation skills.

    Strong analytical skills with a knack for data analysis.

    Skilled in writing and editing content with attention to detail.

    Strong prioritization, organization, and project management skills.
