    Special Education Consultant
    Institute for Children with Autism

    Qualifications:

    Education:

    • Master's degree in applied behavior analysis, psychology, special education, or related field.

    Licenses/Certification:

    • BCBA
    • NY LBA

    Experience: Minimum of 5 years providing Behavior Analytic services to children (ages 5 to 21) with Autism and other disabilities, preferably in a school setting.

    Skills:

    • Fluent in adapting evidence-based methodology and procedures for students within school, home, and community settings
    • Ability to manage own schedule
    • Work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team
    • Time management skills
    • Provide training to school personnel, including direct care staff, teachers, and support staff
    • Conduct group training for staff and parents
    • Work collectively with administrative staff within a school setting

    Job Type: Full-time, contract.

    Salary: From $90,000.00 to $95,000 per year based on experience

    Schedule: Monday to Friday (school days)
