Description

• Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine the needs and goals of clients with developmental disabilities, autism, or special needs
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment results and client goals
• Provide behavior analysis services, including behavioral therapy, to clients
• Implement behavior intervention plans and strategies to address challenging behaviors and promote skill development
• Collect and analyze data to track client progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans
• Collaborate with other professionals, such as educators and therapists, to ensure coordinated care for clients
• Provide training and support to parents, caregivers, and other team members involved in the client's care

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
• Experience working with children with developmental disabilities, autism, or special needs
• Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles and techniques
• Familiarity with data collection methods and analysis
• Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients, families, and other professionals
• Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on client needs and goals
• Understanding of special education laws and regulations
