Description

As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, you will be responsible for providing behavioral therapy and support to individuals with developmental disabilities.

Your expertise in special education and behavioral health will be crucial in assessing, diagnosing, and developing treatment plans for patients.

• Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations to assess the needs of individuals with developmental disabilities
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment results and patient goals
• Implement evidencebased behavioral interventions and strategies to address challenging behaviors
• Provide ongoing monitoring and evaluation of treatment progress
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care for patients
• Maintain accurate and uptodate medical records and documentation
• Adhere to HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality
• Provide guidance and support to caregivers, families, and other professionals involved in patient care

• Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• New York License (LBA)
• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities
• Knowledge of behavioral therapy techniques and interventions
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
