  • Performs responsible clerical work in various administrative and operational areas by:
  • Processing recording, checking, and maintaining records; and files alphabetical and numerical procedures/ provides clerical support for department supervisors and managers.
Performs data entry and retrieval using a personal computer, video display terminal, or other automated office systems.

  • Operates a telephone call directory, multiphone, or switchboard.
  • Departmental timekeeper for staff of 100 (ensure that codes are accurate and that all sheets are completed and submitted on a timely manner, distribution of payroll).
  • Provides relief for Assistant Coordinating Manager / Directors, Administrators when Assistant Coordinating Manager is unavailable.

Minimum Qualifications:


  • A high school diploma or its educational equivalent; and
  • Six (6) months of full-time satisfactory clerical experience and/or experience interacting with the public, such as processing sales; taking, processing, and delivering orders; obtaining and dispensing information; listening to and resolving customers concerns, problems, and complaints; and/or performing related customer service activities.
