    New Hampshire Ball Bearing's HiTech Division is located in Peterborough, NH-south central NH.

    HiTech is a World-Class 500+ person, climate-controlled manufacturing facility that produces spherical bearings, sub-assemblies and other ultra-precision metal parts for the aerospace industry.


    We are looking for a transformational leader to manage and direct a team of Quality Engineers, Supervisors, Technicians, and Inspectors to ensure NHBB constantly provides our customers with exceptional quality product.

    The role is also responsible for organizational preparation and management review for AS9100 audits.

    The Quality Manager will lead initiatives to improve internal and delivered quality performance, by working closely with other areas of the organization.

    In this position, you will require:
    - a Bachelor's degree with a focus in Engineering or Applied Sciences,

    • Quality Assurance experience in Aerospace Manufacturing or other technologydriven Continuous Improvement environment,
    - a strong understanding of Quality tools including APQP/PPAP, 8D RCCA, Statistical Process Controls, Lean Six Sigma, Auditing etc.
    - knowledge of AS9100 & AS13100 is strongly preferred,
    - strong written and verbal communication skills including experience in Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint is essential.
