    Description

    Lead Mammography Technician - Competitive Salary plus Sign-on Bonus

    Peterborough, NH

    As the Lead Mammography Technician, you will be responsible for performing and overseeing mammography exams following ACR guidelines, managing quality assurance testing, and maintaining documentation.

    In this role, you will oversee regulatory inspections, provide daily supervision to the department, assign tasks, and ensure efficient utilization of resources while upholding our core values: Compassion, Collaboration, Honesty, and Respect.


    Requirements:
    • AART registered with advanced qualifications in mammography
    • Knowledgeable in standards and guidelines set by the American College of Radiology and the FDA
    • BLS certification
    • Skills Checklist (to be discussed during preliminary assessment)
    • 1 Supervisory Signed Reference from the past two years of employment

    Position Details:
    • Full-time position with flexible hours
    • Organize daily schedules efficiently
    • Manage patient tracking and recall system
    • Assist in budgeting and long-term planning
    • Coordinate purchasing of supplies
    • Participate in staff hiring, training, and performance evaluation
    • Assist in annual budget preparation
    • Contribute to marketing and promotion of services
    • Establish effective communication within the department and with other hospital units
    • Stay updated on industry developments and participate in awareness initiatives
