The district of Ebersberg is looking to fill a position as a specialist (m/f/d) for its building department at the earliest possible date, in the field of urban planning, on a permanent and part-time basis (50%).

If the task of IT and digitalization support is taken over, the position can be filled on a permanent and full-time basis.

Your main tasks:

Recording, processing and legal examination of urban planning procedures as well as independent submission of building law opinions Advising municipalities on the legal admissibility and processing of urban planning procedures Preparation of opinions on submissions and complaints Examination of municipal land use plans and issuance of approvals Independent support of the project "digital building permit procedure", i.e.

further development, implementation and support of digital processes Establishment and project coordination of the new building portal in XBau standard, public relations work and support of users during the introduction Independent and responsible process support as well as further development of the specialist application "Prosoz Bau" Independent support and further development of interfaces, e.g.

to the DMS, cash interface Your profile:
Civil servant (m/f/d) of the third qualification level of the specialist career in administration and finance, with a focus on non-technical administrative services or administrative specialist (m/f/d) or lawyer (m/f/d) with a completed first state examination in law or Bachelor of Laws Ideally, knowledge in urban planning (BauGB, BauNVO, PlanZV, BayBO, PlanSiG
