As an innovation leader and main plant in the international production network, we manufacture electric drives and thermal management systems for the future of e-mobility with highly automated processes.
  • Take responsibility: You will independently lead projects for production optimization in the Continuous Improvement Process (CIP).
  • Drive digitalization: You actively use existing Industry 4.0 solutions and further develop them.
  • Live cooperation: You support value stream work in close collaboration with cross-functional departments such as logistics, quality assurance, purchasing, and development.
  • Evaluate in a structured manner: You work together with the production management on decision templates for strategic projects.
