    We are looking for an exceptional Assembly Manufacturing Supervisor who can...

    Be responsible for the development and implementation of activities in production area(s) to meet production goals, quality and cost objectivesPrioritize production schedules based on product introduction, equipment efficiency, materials supply, sales forecast and production ramp planningPlan and administer procedures and budgetsMake budgetary recommendations on capital expenditures and direct/indirect laborSelect and develop personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the production functionDevelop schedules and manpower requirements for assigned areasWhat will you bring to the team, along with your curiosity is:

    Bachelor's degree, preferred3-5 years of related experienceExperience providing direct supervision to skilled, nonexempt employeesActs as advisor to unit or sub-units and may become actively involved, as required, to meet schedules and resolve problemsExperience providing direction to employees according to established policies and management guidanceAdministers company policies that directly affect subordinate employeesRecommends changes to unit or sub-unit policiesManagement reviews work to measure meeting of objectivesWorks on issues where analysis of situation or data requires review of relevant factors.

    Exercises judgment within defined procedures and policies to determine appropriate actionErroneous decisions or failure to achieve results will cause delays in schedules.

    Frequently interacts with subordinate supervisors and functional peer groups.

    Interaction normally requires the ability to gain cooperation of others, conducting presentations of technical information concerning specific projects or schedulesCompensation and

    Benefits:

    Pay Range:
    $60, ,800.00 USD Annual. This range is a good faith estimate of the expected salary range for this position, based on a wide range of factors including qualifications, experience and training, operational and business needs and other considerations permitted by law. At MKS, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for the role.


    Bonus:
    This position is eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, in an amount to be determined by MKS [or as applicable]
