Odilia in Rilchingen-Hanweiler offers our guests a structured daily routine, the opportunity to participate in activities, and provides necessary respite for family members.

Your responsibilities:

You support the nursing service manager in ensuring and further developing high-quality care for our guests and represent them in their absence.

You implement measures of quality management to ensure compliance with the nursing process and current nursing and expert standards.

In collaboration with the team, you ensure as much independence as possible through individual, holistic, and activating care and support.

Together with the nursing service manager, you ensure the occupancy of the day care center, actively participate in the strategic and conceptual development of the range of services, and ensure the economical use of resources.

Your profile:
Completed vocational training as a nursing professional with at least two years of professional experience Relevant experience in shaping and managing nursing processes The ability to network, coordinate,
