  • Customer service and communication with carriers, brokers, and other service providers
  • Creating statistics, analyses, and evaluations to optimize processes
  • Organizing and optimizing workflows
  • Responsible for profit and loss statements and post-audit of freight books
  • Claim management

Profile

  • Completed education in logistics or equivalent qualifications
  • Several years of experience in LCL sea freight export is advantageous
  • Strong social skills and communication abilities
  • Enjoyment in analyzing and optimizing processes
  • Good English skills, especially in the freight industry
