    Position Overview:
    We are seeking an innovative and passionate Chef de Cuisine to lead our culinary team.

    The ideal candidate will have a strong background in modern and classic cooking techniques and the creativity to design dishes that complement our world-class cocktail offerings.

    Reporting to the Culinary Director, the Chef de Cuisine will have the opportunity to exercise creative freedom while aligning with the vision of our hospitality group.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Menu Development: Create and execute a dynamic, seasonal menu that pairs perfectly with our cocktail selections, focusing on fresh, high-quality ingredients.

    Team Leadership:
    Lead, train, and mentor a talented kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.

    Operational Excellence: Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, including inventory management, ordering, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

    Quality Control:
    Maintain the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency.

    Cost Management:
    Monitor food and labor costs, implementing strategies to optimize efficiency without compromising quality.

    Collaboration: Work closely with the Culinary Director and bar team to develop cohesive food and drink pairings, ensuring a seamless guest experience.

    Customer Engagement: Interact with guests to gather feedback, adapting the menu to meet their preferences and enhance their dining experience.

    Qualifications:
    -
    Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a high-volume, upscale dining establishment, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.

    Culinary Education:
    Degree or certification from a recognized culinary school preferred.

    Creativity: Proven track record of creating innovative and visually appealing dishes.
    -
    Leadership: Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team.

    Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    -
    Passion: A genuine passion for food and hospitality, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence.

    Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing demands.
