    QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
    1. Demonstrated effective writing and documentation skills.
    2. Ability to analyze requirements, evaluate technical options, and assess feasibility.
    3. Ability to maintain professional working relationships with customers and staff.
    4. Ability to meet priorities and goals.
    5. Ability to work independently and in small teams.
    6. Attention to detail and consistency.
    7. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    8. Ability to communicate effectively with technical and customer staff.
    9. Database design and development concepts for OLTP and DSS skills.
    10. Knowledge of project and process management concepts.


    Preferred Consultant Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
    Current server hardware and software products and technologies.
    Virtualization, database, collaboration, backup, and storage technologies.
    Security principles and best practices.
    General statistical toolsets and models.
    Principles, processes, and tools used in continuous service improvement.
    Knowledge of and experience with SAML 2.0
    Knowledge of and experience with Active Directory trusts.
    Knowledge of and experience with Kerberos Authentication.
    Knowledge of Office 365 products.
    Knowledge of and experience with Identity and Access Management concepts, tools, and applications.
    IT infrastructure and operations, and technologies including local and wide area networks, SQL Server, and cloud computing.
