For the Production C/S Banking Platform division, FI-Serviceportal department, we are looking for a ServiceNow System Administrator (m/f/d) for our Hannover or Münster location, starting as soon as possible.

Your tasks:

  • Responsible for the high availability of the strategic IT service management platform ServiceNow at Finanz Informatik
  • Provision of new or modified content within the platform as part of releases
  • Management and administration of the production environment as well as the development and test environments of the FI-Serviceportal
  • Management and setup of the infrastructure based on Oracle, Unix, and Apache systems
  • Support for users of the FI-Serviceportal platform
