Your responsibilities:


  • Team leadership
  • Independent organization of all project processes necessary for achieving goals
  • Definition, coordination, and review of (intermediate) goals
  • Independent resource planning in coordination with the project manager
  • Scheduling of deadlines both internally and externally
  • Cost control, budget control
  • Coordination and execution of all official appointments
  • Preparation of presentations
  • Presentations in front of decisionmaking bodies
  • Review of documentation of subcontractor services
  • Quality management

Your profile:


  • Degree in architecture as a project leader (FH/university)
  • 35 years of professional experience in phases 16 of the HOAI
  • Several years of experience in project work
  • Proficiency in coordinating all trades in all phases according to HOAI
  • Proficiency in coordinating all departments and external service providers
  • Familiarity with HOAI and VOB
  • Familiarity with constructionrelated, building physics DIN standards + regulations
  • Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Project, Power-Point) + Adobe CS
  • Ideally, first experience in swimming pool planning or other TGAheavy buildings
  • Knowledge of Allplan 2020 is an advantage, but not a mandatory requirement
  • Rhetorical skills, diplomatic skills towards project participants and clients
