The Police Department of Viersen is looking for a salaried employee (m/f/d) for the department ZA 2.2, Training and Development, Recruitment, and Sports, in the "Central Tasks" division, starting on September 15, 2023.


This is a part-time position with a weekly workload of 29 hours and 50 minutes, as a parental leave replacement for the period of September 15, 2023 to July 30, 2024.


For the period from May 15, 2023 to September 14, 2023, there will likely be an opportunity to work in the below-mentioned area with a weekly workload of 5 hours and 50 minutes as part of the training.


Main tasks:
Assisting with recruitment of new employees
Supporting police trainees (commissioner candidates)
Organizing school internships
Handling administrative tasks related to sports activities (e.g. scheduling and management)
Processing training matters (e.g. booking training courses with various providers, organizing in-house events)
Maintaining statistics on the above-mentioned topics


Candidate profile:
Completed vocational training as an administrative, legal, lawyer, or social insurance clerk or in the commercial field
High resilience and sense of responsibility
Proficiency in using common MS Office products (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Good verbal and written communication skills
Willingness to participate in further training
Independence
Teamwork/social skills
Flexibility
Driver's
