    Day Integration Software Engineer Location:
    Remote (with occasional travel) (looking for candidates in Central or Eastern Time zone)

    Duration: 06 months Contract (C2H) Pay Range $60.00 to $70.00/hr. We are looking for a WorkDay Integration Software Engineer to join one of our Fortune 500 clients.


    Job Summary:
    We are seeking a highly skilled Workday Integration Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in developing, managing, and deploying Workday integrations across multiple functions. This role requires strong communication skills, project management capabilities, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.


    Must Have:
    Workday Integration Experience. Must be able to Develop/Test/Deploy. Must have EIB, Studio and CORE.


    Key Responsibilities:
    Lead the end-to-end development, project management, implementation, support, and deployment of Workday integrations. Gather requirements and develop clean, maintainable integration systems. Perform peer review of integration design. Monitor and optimize the health and performance of Workday integrations. Address production issues within agreed SLAs by coordinating with multiple parties. Manage multiple system releases, conduct impact analysis, testing, and release management. Lead discussions with cross-functional teams and stakeholders throughout the integration deployment process. Recommend continuous improvement ideas to reduce expenses, streamline processes, and improve efficiency. Apply information security standards when developing integration systems. Assess the technical viability of new Workday products and functionality. Create and maintain system documentation and communicate effectively with teammates and stakeholders. Coordinate the correction of defects found in integration testing cycles.


    Requirements:
    Bachelor's Degree preferred or minimum 6 years of experience in a technical application environment. Minimum 3 years of hands-on Workday experience developing and supporting end-to-end integrations across multiple functions. Deep knowledge of Workday integrations including EIBs, reporting, data transformation, and Integration tools like WD Studio. Strong understanding of the Workday security model, business processes, reporting, and configuration. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to take accountability and resolve issues independently. Capable of handling multiple projects/tasks concurrently and meeting deadlines. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional stakeholders and teammates. Motivated self-starter who can work independently with limited supervision. Understanding of evaluating current product quality and continuous improvement processes. Knowledge of SOX compliance is a plus. Workday Prism experience and Workday Pro Certification preferred but not required. Consulting experience in the Workday ecosystem is a plus.
