What you'll do with us
As an apprentice office management clerk (m/f/x), you'll gain insight into all departments of a rapidly growing travel startup. You'll support our teams in all relevant areas and gain a comprehensive understanding of all processes. The apprenticeship lasts for 3 years, alternating between on-the-job training and vocational school, and ends with an IHK certificate. Your personal contact person will always be there to support you.
Your responsibilities at Travelcircus
- Focus on processes in finance and accounting
- Insight into the design of all office processes: from work strategies to information gathering to time management in each department
- Understanding of internal and external relationships and communication channels
- Use of information, communication, and booking systems while adhering to data protection and security measures
- Support and processing of procurement processes
- Insight into the daily business of personnel management
- Implementation of measures for quality assurance
- STEEP LEARNING CURVE 3year apprenticeship with IHK certificate, support for exam preparation
