We need reinforcements and are currently looking for an employee in administrative support/assistance (m/f/d) in Wall Lake, IA


Hersa Metalltechnik GmbH is part of the Herbst group, belonging to the metal processing service industry and was founded in 1990.

For our main customer groups, industry and facade construction, we manufacture custom-made products according to customer requirements, drawings or sample templates.

Our range of activities is extensive and with our strong machinery, we can carry out all sheet metal work. We offer complete sheet metal processing, from laser cutting, punching, bending, welding to assembly.


Your tasks:


  • First point of contact for management
  • Care for guests and business partners
  • Schedule management
  • Processing of incoming mail, emails, and phone calls
  • Administrative support

Your profile:


You have completed a commercial apprenticeship and ideally have gained first experience in the field of administrative support, assistance or a similar position.

You have excellent knowledge of common MS Office applications and strong organizational skills.

You are characterized by a structured and reliable way of working, as well as a confident and friendly demeanor and fluent English skills.

Knowledge of other languages is desirable (especially Polish, Russian, Turkish). Teamwork, initiative, and commitment round off your profile.
