Role and Responsibilities

  • Recruits for a full range of positions for the organization, with a focus on professional positions in engineering, operations, and leadership roles
  • Completes intake calls for new positions with hiring managers to gain a solid understanding of role requirements
  • Schedules and conducts prescreen calls and interviews
  • Ensures that all hiring practices are compliant with state and federal laws and regulations
  • Other administrative duties and projects as assigned

Skills, Education and Training

  • 4+ years of progressive agency recruiting experience for light industrial, engineering, technical, and professional positions in a highvolume setting.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Thorough knowledge of State and Federal laws governing human resources and recruiting practice.
  • Proficiency in computer software including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking systems software.
  • Must have strong organization skills and the ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
  • Strong drive for results in a fastpaced environment.
  • Ability to establish priorities, manage deadlines, and exercise a high degree of professionalism in interactions with all levels of internal and external contacts.
