    Description

    Role: Validation Engineer, testing and debugging on Electric Vehicle

    Education: Bachelors/ Masters Degree

    • 2+ Years of Automotive vehicle validation
    • Track completion of all required DVP&R activities and technical reports.
    • Coordinate with internal and external engineering stakeholders to develop test standards, testing protocols, and procedures.
    • Lead Design Review Based on Test Results activities for EDMs and related components.
    • Ensure test readiness for in-house and outsourced test labs, including design and procurement of fixtures and Device Under Test (DUT) interconnects.
    • Develop application specific durability tests based on expected customer usage and target life requirements.
    • Good communication, time management and interpersonal skills required.
    • Clear understanding of ISO 26262 for DV/PV testing
    • Support design change discussions. Make recommendations for DVP&R activities to detect possible failures
    • Write work orders, purchase requests, etc. for outsourced testing and other procurement
