    HARDWARE TEST ENGINEER JOB AT THE PANTHER GROUP


    The Panther Group is looking for a Hardware Test Engineer to join their team in Wayne, NJ. If you're passionate about designing and developing automated test systems for Military Comms, Navigation, and Electronic Warfare equipment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.


    Responsibilities:
    • Work as part of a test engineering team to support product development throughout its lifecycle.
    • Design, develop, and deploy complex automated test systems, applications, and documentation.
    • Select commercial Instrumentation for testing Military Comms, Navigation, and Electronic Warfare equipment.
    Experience and Skills Required:
    • Minimum of 4 years experience in designing and developing test equipment hardware for automated test systems.
    • Experience in architecting test equipment for testing analog, digital, and RF circuit cards, hybrid modules, and higher-level systems.
    • Knowledge in designing Interface Test Adapters, test racks, custom test modules, and switch modules.
    Experience and Skills Preferred:
    • Exposure to factory production test stands design and integration.
    • Proficiency in using test instrumentation like oscilloscopes, PXI systems, network analyzers, and more.
    • Familiarity with boundary scan tools, FPGA programming, and DFT analysis.
    Education:
    • Bachelor's degree in electrical or computer engineering required. Master's degree preferred.
