- Gather and document system configuration requirements.
- Act as the primary liaison between technology teams and business stakeholders, ensuring alignment of objectives and requirements.
- Participate in the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) process, ensuring that configured systems meet business needs and specifications.
- Manage project issues, risks, and changes, proactively identifying and addressing potential roadblocks to project success.
- Develop project scope and requirements documents, ensuring clarity and alignment with project objectives.
- Collaborate closely with project managers to ensure projects are on track and deadlines are met.
- Provide timely communication on project status, issues, risks, and changes to stakeholders at all levels.
- Utilize excellent communication skills to facilitate discussions, negotiate solutions, and build consensus among diverse stakeholders.
- Apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues throughout the project lifecycle.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business analyst roles, preferably with a focus on application and system configuration projects.
- Proven experience gathering and documenting system configuration requirements.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical teams.
- Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to facilitate discussions and drive consensus.
- Natural problem solver with a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to addressing project challenges.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
