About the team:


Product Operations is a small team of analysts that support, maintain, and keep the lights on for our Retail Payments line of business.

This LOB includes products such as Zelle, Bill Pay, External Transfers, and People Pay.


What you will be doing:

Product Operations will allow you to be part of the team that keeps the line of business running.

You will be working with matrix partners like development, implementations, client support, compliance and many more to support the client and products.


  • Manage end of life projects for infrastructure
  • Manage vulnerability remediation planning
  • Manage regulatory and compliance initiatives
  • Development production support
  • Maintain products and vendor relationships
  • Participate in Program Increment (PI) Planning

The pay range for this full-time position is $65, $106,660.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location.

Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay. Please consult with your recruiter about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
