Continental Properties is looking for a
Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team at our home office in Menomonee Falls, WI.

As the Business Intelligence Analyst, you will develop business intelligence solutions integrating operational and business data in the warehouse and transforming it to achieve valuable insights.

You will report to the Director of Business Analytics.

Essential Responsibilities:


  • Gather business requirements, designs, and develop Business Intelligence Data Model projects in a Microsoft environment using SQL Server technologies and/or Power BI.
  • Analyze companywide reports and draft business insights that will help our Senior Leadership with strategic decision making.
  • Develop business intelligence solutions, including corporate performance dashboards, organizationwide reports, and departmental analytics
  • Design data pipelines for warehousing, BI reporting, and analytics using DBT and PowerBI from database, file, and API sources using DataOps methodologies.
  • Be a resource for data users in the organization and assist business users with technical tasks including data extracts, report creation, SQL, and general data system troubleshooting.

Skills for Success:


  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, or similar quantitative field preferred.
  • 2 years in an analytics role preferred.
  • Experience with data visualization software, Microsoft Power BI Tableau, Qlik, or BI tool
  • Experience in database management systems, Microsoft SQL, MySQL, OracleDB or other
