    Description

    We're a rapidly growing Allstate Agency in Nevada, and we have openings for top performing Licensed Insurance Sales Representatives for a full time position If you are money motivated, have a great work ethic, and would like the best of both worlds with a base salary + plus opportunities for commissions and bonuses, then join a winning Agency in a recession-proof industry.

    We offer a competitive base salary + lucrative commissions + 401K + bonuses and have the most amazing training, support, and work culture in the industry. We offer work from home options 2 days / week.

    Hourly Base Salary: $21 - $24 per hour, With commission and bonuses, may make up to $80,000 - $90,000

    Responsibilities

    Demonstrate the drive to succeed, implement our training, and remain coachable.

    Generate quotes using the leads provided and self-generate your own.

    Educate clients on insurance coverage options and assist them in making informed decisions.

    Develop relationships with referral partners through networking and social media.

    Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to inquiries and addressing client needs.

    Maintain strong operational processes when writing business.


    Requirement

    ******Bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish is beneficial.

    Licensing: An active Property & Casualty License is required.

    Sales Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales or a related field is preferred, but not required.

    Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.

    Customer Focus: A strong dedication to providing exceptional customer service and exceeding client expectations.

    Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with a team and contribute to a positive work environment.

    Professionalism: Maintain a high level of professionalism, integrity, and ethical conduct.
