**PIZZA MAKER**
Our Pizza Makers play an essential role in serving our guests and delivering a great dining experience You will be responsible for preparing Buddys pizzas to a standard that consistently exceeds our guests expectations and providing pizzas of a high standing reputation. The pizzas you prepare must look great, taste great and be made to Buddys specifications using only the highest quality and freshest ingredients. Buddys offers a fun working environment with competitive pay, meal benefits and growth opportunities.
**Essential Functions:**
Prepares consistent pizzas to Buddy's specifications and standards in a timely manner.
Ensures high quality of pizza ingredients during production and storage processes including storing, labeling and rotating product properly.
Communicates pizza times and other necessary information to Managers and co-workers throughout the shift.
Keep Managers informed on any concerns and suggests alternative courses of action.
Demonstrates teamwork by assisting other employees with their duties as needed.
Ensures kitchen workstations remain spotless, clean and sanitized.
Maintains a favorable work relationship with all company employees, in order to promote a harmonious and professional environment.
Follows health and safety guidelines
**Qualifications:**
Experience in the restaurant industry, preferably with pizza experience
Pass the Buddys final pizza test and certification in order to prepare consistent to standards
Reads and understands ticket orders sent to the kitchen
High energy working to keep up with the pace of the restaurant and the team
Dependable team player with successful record of work attendance
Ability to listen and communicate effectively
Ability to stand or walk for extended periods of time
Ability reach, lift, bend and carry heavy objects
Must be at least 18 years of age
Must adhere to Buddys uniform policy and standards at all times
Flexibility to work varied shifts including nights and weekends
**DOUGH MAKER**
Our Dough Makers play an essential role in serving our guests and delivering a great dining experience You will be responsible for preparing Buddys award-winning dough to specifications that consistently exceeds our guests expectations. Buddys offers a fun working environment with competitive pay, meal benefits and growth opportunities.
**Essential Functions:**
Prepares and stretched Buddy's famous dough to specifications and standards in a timely manner.
Responsible for the completion of the daily prep list to ensure consistency and quality.
Ensures high quality of pizza ingredients during production and storage processes including storing, labeling and rotating product properly.
Communicates directly with Kitchen Managers when a dough prep concern arises.
Demonstrates teamwork by assisting other employees with their duties as needed.
Ensures kitchen workstations remain spotless, clean and sanitized.
Maintains a favorable work relationship with all company employees, in order to promote a harmonious and professional environment.
Follows health and safety guidelines
**Qualifications:**
Kitchen experience including how to execute prep procedures
High energy working to keep up with the pace of the restaurant and the team
Dependable team player with successful record of work attendance
Ability to listen and communicate effectively
Ability to stand or walk for extended periods of time.

**LINE COOK**
Our Line Cooks play an essential role in serving our guests and delivering a great dining experience You will be responsible for preparing Buddys quality menu items in a fast, friendly manner that consistently exceeds our guests expectations. Buddys offers a fun working environment with competitive pay, meal benefits and growth opportunities.
**Essential Functions:**
Prepares quality menu items according to recipe and plate presentations meeting Buddys specifications and standards in a timely manner.
Assists in setting up plans and actions to correct any food cost problems, control food waste, loss and usage to ensure consistency and quality.
Operates, maintains and properly cleans food equipment including deep fryer, broiler, stove and flat top grill.
Ensures high quality of menu items during production and storage processes including storing, labeling and rotating product properly. Restocks items as needed.
Assists with line checks and ensures products are within food safety guidelines.
Communicates directly with Kitchen Managers on culinary concerns.
Demonstrates teamwork by assisting other employees with their duties as needed.
Ensures kitchen workstations remain spotless, clean and sanitized.
Maintains a favorable work relationship with all company employees, in order to promote a harmonious and professional environment.
